In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the taya387 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. taya387 reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any time.

• (a) You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• (b) You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines, where accessing the taya387 platform is lawful under applicable regulations.
• (c) You are accessing the platform for your own personal recreational use only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• (d) You have not previously been excluded from taya387 or had a taya387 account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• (e) You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or external exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.
• (f) You are acting in your own name and are not acting as agent, trustee, or representative of any other person.

taya387 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure or refusal to provide such documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

To access the full features of the taya387 platform, players must register a single account. Each individual is permitted to hold no more than one (1) taya387 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid Philippine mobile number or email address, which will serve as your primary login credential.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A password meeting taya387's minimum security requirements.

3.2 KYC Verification

taya387 is required under Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or Philippine Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. taya387 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the player relationship. Accounts may be restricted to deposit and play while KYC remains outstanding, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your taya387 account credentials, including your password, any one-time passcodes (OTPs), and two-factor authentication codes. taya387 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

• You must not share your taya387 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify taya387 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• taya387 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
• taya387 shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from credential sharing or failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

taya387 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only, processed through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and InstaPay. Deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not permitted.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at taya387 is ₱100 across all accepted payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transaction limits imposed by payment providers (such as GCash wallet limits) may apply and are outside taya387's control.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your taya387 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay) are typically credited within 10–30 minutes of payment submission. taya387 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or banking institution.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification has been completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus balance have been met; (c) there are no open security investigations affecting the account; and (d) the requested amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱200.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

taya387 endeavours to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. taya387 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction.

6.2 Withholding of Withdrawals

taya387 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification remains incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (d) the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms. In such cases, taya387 will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

All bets placed on the taya387 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sports market in question. These rules are accessible within each game or market's help documentation. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rule specifically supplements (rather than contradicts) the general Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where explicitly offered by the platform (e.g., cash-out functionality on sports markets where available).
• taya387 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was settled in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, or where the outcome was determined through match-fixing or corruption.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sports event, taya387 will apply the standard void or resettlement rules applicable to the affected product, as communicated to affected players.
• taya387 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout available to any player at its reasonable discretion, including for the purpose of managing operational risk.

taya387 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• All bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) to your taya387 bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the qualifying deposit) must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and sports betting products may have different contribution rates.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

taya387 takes bonus abuse seriously. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics (such as low-risk opposite betting strategies); or colluding with other players to farm bonus value. Where bonus abuse is detected, taya387 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel related winnings, and permanently close the player's account.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited at taya387 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• (a) Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• (b) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with taya387.
• (c) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by taya387.
• (d) Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of taya387 for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• (e) Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit security vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
• (f) Colluding with other players in casino games, sports betting, or any other taya387 product to gain an unfair advantage.
• (g) Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in connection with legitimate gaming activity.
• (h) Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

All content on the taya387 platform — including but not limited to the taya387 name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, and interface elements — is the proprietary property of taya387 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, display, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the taya387 platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of taya387. Any unauthorised use of taya387's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya387 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses resulting from gaming activity; losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions; or loss of data or account information.

taya387's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by taya387's own acts or omissions.

taya387 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information at any point in the account relationship.
• The account has been involved in suspicious activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.
• taya387 is required to do so under applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• The player requests self-exclusion under taya387's responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where grounds for forfeiture are established, retained by taya387. Where an account is closed for administrative, regulatory, or responsible gaming reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player following completion of applicable checks.

taya387 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Filipino players with the tools they need to maintain healthy control over their gaming activity. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, taya387 makes the following tools available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that prevent deposits beyond the specified threshold during the designated period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable play-session reminders that prompt players to review their activity at specified intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions lasting 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion arrangement that closes the player's taya387 account and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

taya387 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and our full Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at taya387.club/privacy-policy.

By registering at taya387, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. taya387 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game content providers, and regulatory authorities where required for the operation of the platform or compliance with applicable law.

taya387 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, taya387 will provide notice to registered players via the contact details associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulation.

Continued use of the taya387 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account prior to the effective date and withdraw any remaining real-money balance in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with taya387 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation. Players may also submit complaints through taya387's formal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting our support team in writing. taya387 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to reach a final determination within thirty (30) business days.
